Just some suggestions for newcomers.
When engaging big and preferrably slow enemies in a team, the best strategy to use is something called "ping-ponging". This basically means that the hunters are standing at opposite ends of the mob (if two), or in a circle around the mob (if more than 2).
The hunters should keep the formed circle at a diameter that is around their weapon range. This way the big and dangerous mob has to run the maximum possible distance if it switches aggro, thus causing the least possible damage on the team members.
To further increase this effect, hunters that are being attacked can/should stop shooting and switch to fapping themselves until the mob turns to face one of the other shooters.
With a large enough team, it is possible to bring down astonishingly big creatures even with small guns this way.
Another possibility is "tanking". This means the strongest team member shoots the mob first, so he gets the aggro. Since he will probably also be the one doing most damage, the mob will hopefully attack only him most of the time. Same rule as for pingpoing goes for the weaker team members: when attacked, stop shooting and fap yourself only!
A variant of all this is that the attacked hunter does not only fap himself, but starts to flee from the mob in a way that he runs in a kind of circle with the mob on his tail; this way the whole party can stay more or less at the same spot, which might be useful when hunting outside a spawn of aggressive mobs eg.
