Hi, Punx!
Please don't let my departure from EU appear to be a reflection of the Gladiators with whom I was enjoying my time, including yourself. Quite to the contrary - the reason I stayed for so long was for the people in our society, including yourself.
My time now is limited, and the game is, if nothing else, a huge time draw. In addition, I was finding that my progress was limited as well unless I was to become a depositor. After long consideration, I decided that I did not want to invest my limited time and money into the game in its current state as it wasn't providing me with the entertainment that I wanted anymore. I found myself not looking forward to losing hundreds of PED on mining, learning hunting from scratch, or continue to try to fruitlessly (pun intended) go fruit-walking. I fruitwalked for over two hours, coming up empty, when they were re-implemented.
If my time frees up to the point where I can invest it in EU again, you will certainly see me again. Until then, however, I wish the best for you and the rest of the Society - you're really a great group of people and will be missed during my absence.
If you wish to re-post this to the forum for other people who have questions as to why I left, please do. I'd do so myself but I'm getting ready to head to work in a few minutes.
Anyhow, take care, and I hope to see you and the rest of the society again in the near future.
