That is decided by each and every planet partner. Some planet partners may even want a closed planet. The Entropia Universe will become very diversed in the future. Almost like the Internet itself...

I could train with my brother he is really perfect, won only 1 time and we playd hundrets of times in my live with him i think, but the problem is it always takes about an hour that he make a move, as a child it wasnt that tragic, but now hmm. . . takes to long xD
