Improvements and Fixed Issues

Resolved issues with Client Loader crashes when closing it at network connection failure and in the middle of repairing files.
Progress bar when repairing corrupt files is adjusted and smoother.
Client Loader can now handle compression changes and will re-compress without the need of downloading the files again.
When a corrupt dynamic content file is found and repaired you will now be notified about this in the error list in the Repair GUI.
Icons are now displayed without requiring a second log in.
Issue with Shader cache is resolved. Color and texture are now displayed without delay when you visit a new place.
Restored objects necessary for the mission "Belly of the Beast".
